Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Drug Tests Direct.
If you’re not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Opened or partially used test kits cannot be returned due to health, safety, and regulatory reasons.
- Partial returns are not accepted. If a box or package has been opened, all units within that box are considered non-returnable, even if individual items remain sealed.
- Drug testing products are considered hygiene- and compliance-sensitive diagnostic items. We do not offer product buy-backs or repurchases of previously shipped items.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, email
support@drugtestsdirect.com
with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning your items.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery
with photos and your order number.
We’ll replace the affected items or issue a refund at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used drug testing kits
- Bulk or case quantities that have been opened
- Partial returns from opened boxes, even if individual units remain sealed
- Clearance or final-sale items
Important: Drug testing products are compliance-sensitive items and are not eligible for partial return once shipped.
