Short answer: not on a standard drug test. Psilocybin, the active compound in "magic mushrooms," is not included in common 5, 10 or 12 panel tests. It only shows up on a test with a psilocybin (PSY) panel or a dedicated psilocybin strip.

Psilocybin is processed quickly. It is usually detectable in urine for about 1 day, and up to about 3 days after heavy use. Because the window is short, timing matters more than with many other substances. See our detection times chart.
Why more programs are testing for it
Psilocybin has been decriminalized in some cities and approved for supervised use in a few states, and mushroom products (including gummies and chocolates) are more widely available. Programs that require abstinence from all substances are adding PSY testing so it does not go unnoticed. Check your state's current laws.
