Short answer: yes, if the test has an MDMA panel. MDMA (ecstasy or molly) is included on most 12 panel and larger cups, but some basic 5 and 10 panel tests do not include it.

MDMA and the amphetamine panels
MDMA is chemically related to amphetamines, and at high concentrations it can sometimes also trigger an AMP or MET result on instant tests. A laboratory confirmation test can tell exactly which substance is present.
Pills sold as "molly" are often something else
Pills and powders sold as ecstasy or molly frequently contain other substances instead of, or in addition to, MDMA, including methamphetamine and synthetic cathinones ("bath salts"). A multi-panel cup gives a broader picture than an MDMA strip alone.

Not on ours. Many 10 panel tests, including our 10 panel cup, do not include MDMA. Our 12 panel and larger cups do.
